Imagine you have a full case load. A new client walks in the door and tells you she has a hearing next week. You do not want to turn her away, but you do not have the time to fully research the issue. Here’s where I come in. You tell me what you issue you are dealing with and I can write a memo, brief or motion.
Imagine another scenario. You primarily take a certain kind of cases and a new client wants you to represent him on an issue outside that area. I can prepare a memo to see if the case is worth your time, provide you with a rich pool of case law or write your briefs for you.
